    Meet Keisha! She has been teaching Pilates all over the Midwest! In addition to her Pilates Certification, she also has her Personal Trainer Certificate. She is an early riser & has two adult children. She fuses Pilates with fitness to deliver well rounded, full body, and challenging workouts! She is also the studio General Manager!

    Meet Melissa! She is a Club Pilates trained Pilates Instructor & our local Regional Manager! She can do it all, but she primarily manages the Sales & Member Experience teams at all studios & does her best to help keep Members happy & healthy!

    Lead Instructor

    Meet Teresa! She is the studio Lead Instructor. She is certified in the Authentic Pilates Method from Power Pilates in NYC. Since 2002 she has been teaching Classical Pilates Method of Body Conditioning in New York and now in Madison, WI. Expect an energizing workout, in which she will help address specific needs of the individual, leaving you feeling more centered and relaxed and help enable you to meet the challenges facing you on a daily basis. Teresa has helped thousands of people to feel & move better and recover from injuries through Private training.

    Lead Instructor

    Meet Haley! She found Pilates a decade ago. She noticed changes in her body after only three lessons. Haley trained at the Midwest Pilates Institute. Her goal has been to help people realize their health goals as well as strengthen their bodies. Haley loves to help people wake up the mind-body connection and strengthen their core through the Pilates method. Concentration, control, precision, breath and flow are some of the Pilates principles that you will focus on throughout your Pilates training. Everyone can do Pilates.

    Meet Erika Baldwin. She loves the flow, pace, and variety of work that can be done in a Reformer studio with all the goodies. Pilates requires you to slow down, work to be more thoughtful, and aim for precision with all movement. Erika and Club Pilates want to introduce Pilates to as many people as possible and provide a fun, consistent, and affordable space to advance your practice. Also, we want to help you improve your range of motion, strength, flexibility, posture, and overall quality of life.

  • Jennifer Huggins

    Instructor

    Meet Jennifer! She has earned her Masters in Exercise Physiology and Masters in Counseling Psychology. She always knew she wanted to integrate the two practices into her craft. In 2002 she stumbled on Pilates and found the perfect modality to do that. She was inspired to become a Pilates instructor and got certified at The Physical Mind Institute. She finds new and challenging ways to test your stability, while offering the stretch that your body needs. She has so much experience and knowledge moving bodies, that her alignment cues & adjustments will greatly improve your form, mindfulness, and overall ability to move better inside and outside of the studio

    Meet Nate! Nate played hockey until college & then found Pilates in his early 20's as a way to heal his body & low back from competitive sports. He is Club Pilates trained and offers thoughtful challenges for every exercise in every class, so that he can help you discover your strength & proper form.
