OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES

I stopped at this place, after checking out other fireplace stores in the area. These people are so kind and knowledgable about masonry and the real bones of a fireplace. They wanted to know what I wanted out of my fireplace. I wanted to change my wood burning fireplace over to a gas fireplace, for atmosphere and heating my home if possible. I made an appt. for an estimate and was told that I did not have to do as much as I thought I needed to have done. Finally, a business that did not try to sell me more than I needed. I received a very thorough, detailed proposal 2 days later. The work was completed very quickly and professionally. Joe, Jeremy and Monte, took great care of my house, laying down a large tarp to keep the area clean around the fireplace and cleaning up after themselves after every step of the job. Stopping to answer my questions and getting right back to work. After the work was completed, I had a couple of questions and Joe stopped by to show me how to take care of my concern at no charge. For my money, I'd much rather hire these employees than those from a larger store, that have to hire out much of their work. The sales people at these places are just that, sales people and do not do the actual work themselves. I highly recommend these people to do any fireplace work that you need done. They are professional, courteous, kind and nice, very refreshing. Hire them, you won't be disappointed.
